My Story

Natalie began her entrepreneurial journey in 2017 after returning to Windsor following 11 years in the Toronto area. With 14 years of corporate experience behind her, she pursued a long-held dream by opening Royal and Rose Boutique, a women’s clothing and accessories online boutique.  During this time, Natalie drew on her fashion design background to design and launch two signature collections under her brand, A. Rose.

At the same time, Natalie founded Windsor Women in Business (WWIB) with a clear purpose: to bring female entrepreneurs together and create a supportive space where women could connect, collaborate, and grow. What started as a passion project quickly became a thriving community. Through WWIB, Natalie has supported countless business owners by organizing vendor markets, leading social media marketing initiatives, and hosting monthly networking events—helping both new and established businesses gain visibility and momentum.

In 2017, Natalie also successfully planned and executed the first Windsor Fashion Festival, showcasing local designers and boutiques and drawing large crowds from across the region. Due to its success, she went on to host two additional festivals in 2018, further cementing her reputation for creating impactful, community-driven events.

In 2019, Natalie made the difficult decision to close Royal and Rose Boutique and pivoted into a new venture, Rose Cleaning Service, which quickly gained traction and built a loyal client base and grew to a team of 12. In 2023, she transitioned those clients to another cleaning company, allowing her to focus fully on what had always been at the heart of her work: Windsor Women in Business.

Today, Natalie is dedicated to curating intentional events that bring women together in environments designed for meaningful connection—connections that evolve into lasting business relationships and genuine friendships. WWIB memberships are for women who want more for their businesses: more visibility, more opportunity, and more growth.  Delivered through value-driven programming, curated experiences, and a community that truly supports its members.
