Ashley Marques

Hello! I’m Ashley Marques, owner and principal designer of Marques Living Co., a boutique interior design studio serving Windsor-Essex and across North America. While my core work focuses on residential and small commercial interiors, I’m deeply passionate about supporting women entrepreneurs at every stage of their business journey.
 

I help businesses grow by offering honest guidance, practical strategy, and real-world experience. I support women who are just getting started;  from navigating early decisions and building confidence, to creating systems, boundaries, and a sustainable business model. I believe growth doesn’t just come from wins, but from learning through mistakes, asking questions, and having someone in your corner who’s been there.
 

In less than two years, I left my career as a nurse, and grew my interior design business from the ground up into a six-figure design studio while raising three young children. Along the way, I learned the importance of consistency, community, and showing up imperfectly but authentically. As a Growth Partner, my goal is to encourage, uplift, and promote the success of other women in business,  whether that means strategic advice, creative problem-solving, or simply being someone they can talk to when entrepreneurship feels overwhelming or lonely.
 

I also support businesses opening a storefront, office, or new location by helping them create organized, functional, and welcoming spaces that reflect their brand and attract clients with intention.
